Yes. Kistenreg runs in the browser on tablet, phone and PC. Staff sign in on a shared tablet with a PIN code.
What if the wifi drops at the back of the shed?
Then you simply keep registering. Kistenreg stores everything on the device and syncs as soon as the connection is back.
